About Natalie

Natalie White Kahler is the oldest of ten children, so she started organizing people at an early age. She received a B.A. from Grove City College in English & Communications where she also honed her leadership skills & developed a lifelong passion for research. Her career has included teaching high school, pastoring, curating & managing Chinsegut Hill Retreat & Museum, & service to the City of Brooksville as a Council Member, Mayor, & Executive Director of Brooksville Main Street.
She is the producer, writer and host of the Elizabeth Robins Diary Podcast & a consultant for Florida Main Street communities.
Natalie volunteers as GFWC Historic Brooksville Woman’s Club President, on the fundraising Board for Live Oak Theatre, & as a docent at Chinsegut Hill Historic Site. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, needlepoint, & reading – but mostly researching to uncover new information regarding Chinsegut Hill & its residents.
Her research has provided her the opportunity to develop lectures & curriculum, which she has delivered at Chautauqua Institution, to Roads Scholars, & to many groups in her community.
Natalie & her husband Jason have four adult children, all of whom currently live in & work in Brooksville, though they’ve also lived adventurous lives in Shanghai, China, Western Pennsylvania, and Orlando.

Natalie is available to speak to your organization on a variety of topics.
